Marinated Salmon

Yesterday I made salmon and mango salad. I’ve made it a few times, but I keep forgetting I don’t really like the mango salad. But the salmon is oh-oh-oh so nice!

Here’s the recipe;

Marinate 6 salmon fillets ~140g in;

  • 50 ml of soy sauce
  • 50 ml mango chutney
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Coriander
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped lemon grass

Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes. Put them on skewers and fry in oil for 4-5 minutes on each side. Delish!
