I’m ridiculously tired… Probably because I body pumped today. When you’re not regular in your workouts I find you get super tired the first week or so. But when you’re working out regularly however, the best benefit is the extra energy. You always need a good nights sleep though.
I have a busy schedule ahead of me. Lots of work to do. But I’ll try and keep up with a good workout schedule though. And next week we’re going to Sweden to see my family. We haven’t been back since February. So I’m excited!
Tomorrow I’m going to a networking event. Could be exciting. I’ll let you know how it goes!
