Racing, rocking & paleo-ing

I’ve had a slight panic over our 10km race coming up in 12 days. I want a good time, but I have not put in enough training I don’t think. So it’s felt like a waste. But, yesterday I thought of a great motivation factor for this race other than a good time; thinking of the race as a fun occasion that will give me inspiration to keep on running during autumn and winter. Something between now and Tunbridge Wells half marathon which Jon & I both want to improve for. Now I’m really looking forward to it.

I started on a Paleo diet today. Again. It really does make you feel cleaner straight away by cutting down on carbs & dairy.

I’m still doing the BodyRock.tv 30 day May challenge. It’s absolutely brilliant!

Fajita chicken, avo and salsa + apple for snack. I added mayo – not a hundred percent sure this is ok, but I figured it’s egg – so hopefully?

Roasted green beans with thymes & grilled salmon with rosemary and pecans yum yum dinner!
