Over thinking or emotionally constipated?

I hate being an over thinker. Especially since you almost always come to the same conclusion with your thought pattern. I try really hard to stop incoming over thinking thought circles when I recognize them. Sometimes that’s easier said than done though. Do you guys recognise yourselves in this? Do you over think stupid things, like something someone’s said and what they could’ve meant and what you said in response and what you could have said in response? How often do you actually take action after thoughts like that?
