So you all wondering how my morning walk challenge is going? Inspired & challenged by Alice Augusta. It’s going WELL! I didn’t make it out yesterday because we woke up at 3.00am for the flight and once we got here I was starving and felt more like sitting down for an initial catch up with my parents. So I’m going to forgive myself for that and add a day to the challenge. This morning – admittedly after a long sleep in I made it out for a quick and rainy 20 minute walk.
