yesterday was the day of the 10 km race in Seaford. We had to drive down early. The weather was lovely but way too hot. Also mother nature decided to make an early visit this morning – gaaah! Not expected…
So the run wasn’t really pleasurable but i did manage to make it under an hour. Not a lot under an hour but under. 58:37 to be exact.
After the run Jon and I ran and jumped in the sea. Then we drove to Brighton and looked around, had lunch and then a pint by the water and looked at people.
